As a Customer Service Employee, you will work directly alone or with other team members manage customer communication, relationships, respond to questions and provide superior customer service skill while demonstrating high level knowledge of company products. In this role, you will take initiative to further develop customer relationships, onboard new customers and provide support services to all customers .
Manage and coordinate multiple customer requests. Help customer resolve issues with client products
Establish a trusted adviser relationship that works to ensure customer’s overall satisfaction with our products.
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues.
Leveraging customer relationships as needed for prospect references. Identify potential issues within accounts and work with internal stakeholders to take timely and effective action to resolve them.
OND/HND in business, communication or related1+ years of experience in sales, customer service or related position
1+ years of experience as a project manager or program manager.
Passionate about customer success and driving long-term customer value

Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture

Lead social media initiatives
